Day 28 - Listening
Imagine what is possible when we approach each conversation as an opportunity for learning.
Reflection
- Think about a time when someone truly listened to you and your feelings.
- How did you know that they were listening and focused on only you?
- How did it feel to have someone’s full attention on you?
- How does it feel to listen without interrupting, without giving advice and without changing the story to fit your own life?
Action
- Practice being fully present with your conversations today.
- Give the other person your full attention without thinking about other things or how you might respond to them.
- Look directly at the person who is speaking and listen with your heart.
