Day 62 - Peace
Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and remain calm in your heart.
Reflection
- Martin Luther King Jr. described negative peace as the absence of tension and positive peace as the presence of justice.
- What does negative peace look like in your community?
- How can we transform negative peace into positive peace?
Action
- How can you create peace within your mind and soul?
- What can you focus on that will bring inner peace?
- Today, envision areas of unrest transformed into safe havens for all people.
